I designed a simple, printable lunch planner with space to jot downwardly our go-to dejeuner box items, which I organized into four categories: main items, fruits/veggies, sides/snacks and treats.
I printed a copy of this lunch planner, filled in our tiffin items and hung it on our fridge. This makes it like shooting fish in a barrel for us to quickly glance at it for ideas as we're packing our lunches for work each morning time.

Grab And Go Snacks Are The All-time!
As I shared in my terminal post virtually our lunch packing stations, it really helps to accept lunch items prepare to catch and get. That ways taking the time to portion out veggies, fruits and snacks into single servings so they are convenient to grab when you pack lunches in the mornings.

I keep these baskets stocked with a diverseness of crackers, chips, pretzels and granola bars. It's elementary to grab them and we become to mix it up a bit each 24-hour interval by choosing different combinations of snacks.
